Get to the root of the problem
Physical therapy for the whole person, not just the part that hurts
Most physical therapy is built around the body part that hurts. A sore knee gets knee exercises, and when the pain comes back, the cycle starts over. At Stretch Goals Physical Therapy, I start with a different question: why is this happening?
Pain rarely has a single cause. How you move, sleep, train, work, and handle stress all shape what your body is telling you. Your evaluation is a thorough, one-on-one look at all of it, so your plan targets the root cause instead of chasing symptoms.
Why I started Stretch Goals
I've been on both sides of our healthcare system, as a patient and as a practitioner. I know how frustrating it is to be passed between providers who each see only one piece of you. And from the inside, I've seen how siloed the system is: specialists who rarely talk to each other, insurance rules that decide how long a visit can last, and care that treats one body part at a time.
That experience is why I built this practice differently. Every session is one-on-one with me. I take the time to listen, connect the dots, and build a plan around your body, your life, and your goals. If physical therapy has ever felt like a few stretches and a printout, this will feel very different.
